Stock Tank Pool Paradise

We love our stock tank pool! Lily and the team were super helpful in answering our questions when we were evaluating a stock tank pool last summer, and also as we had questions as they come up. There is also a great digital owner's manual that comes with the pool when you purchase. The pool was delivered to us on time (we are based in Dallas) and the setup was a breeze.

My husband and I are so Grateful for Vince and Lily ~ owners at Stock Tank Love ❤️! Ahead of the Winter storms in Texas they sent out very thorough information on options for keeping our pool and filter healthy while we were in deep freeze. In addition ~ they provided their phone numbers to call with any additional questions. We had some additional questions and even after business hours before Christmas ~ they answered my call and talked me through the process. We absolutely love our pool and the top notch customer service we always receive. We are happy to report, our pool looks pristine and our pump successfully functioned throughout the freezing temps. Vince & Lily, owners of Stock Tank Love, are an amazing team! Professional, responsive, courteous, knowledgeable…just a few adjectives to describe them. Getting a STP was totally new to us and we really didn’t know what to expect and we were a little overwhelmed by it all. But they were available each step of the way to explain everything to us; so patient!! And their great service didn’t end after they dropped off and set up the pool. They continue to stay in touch with their customers via email with information on caring for our STPs during the winter months, etc. They even make sure their customers have their cell phone numbers so that we can contact them if we have any questions or issues. They’re just really awesome! We’ve been so happy with our STP and glad that we bought it from Stock Tank Love!

Walked me through all the steps of the equipment and everything. Got our stock tank love pool in September and absolutely love it! The installation was super smooth and the installers were super helpful! I had one problem with a tube that was very uncommon and they came and fixed it right away, no questions asked. Would recommend!!
